best stress relief

This is simple and effective way to relief stress by breathing.


  1. Click on rectangle on the left side of the page.

  2. Inhale for 5 seconds when bar will be raising

  3. Exhale for 10 seconds when bar will be dropping

  4. Repeat 2-3 five times (bar will be rising and falling five times automatically)
